TARAPOTO/LAHUARPIA/MOYOBAMBA/CHACHAPOYAS Departure at 07h00. On the road stop for hiking to the Lahuarpia Cascades, lunch in Moyobamba. Arrival at the end of the day. Transfer to Hotel.

CHACHAPOYAS/KUELAP/CHOCTAMAL At 06h30 departure to Kuelap (9000ft). Hike uphill from Utcubamba valley to Kuelap Fortress. After the visit transfer to Choctamal village. Lunch. Lodge. Kuelap fortress is the most important citadel of Chachapoya Kingdom; its function was acting as a Fortress by 1000 years until the defeat under the Incas army. Forgotten and covered by vegetation was discovered before Machu Picchu but remained unstudied until the last years. This huge stone building is maybe the second most important in Peruvian pre Hispanic history.

CHOCTAMAL This day we have different options to take. Cuchacuella lagoon in the heights of the Andes Mountain Range, Great Shubet the heighest point in the region or Huiquilla Private Conservation Area. Departure time will depend on chosen destination. Returns at 16h00 approx. Lodge.

CHOCTAMAL/GOCTA/COCACHIMBA At 07h00 transfer to Cocachimba village to start the hike to the base of second fall of Gocta Waterfalls (third highest in its category in the World with 771 meters height) Walking in the cloudforest we will enjoy the nature and maybe a cold bath in their waters. Back to Lodge and Lunch. Free afternoon for resting.

COCACHIMBA/TARAPOTO/HUALLAGA Departure in the morning. Stop on the road to visit the Biological Station Lechucita Bigotona. Lunch in Moyobamba. In the afternoon departure to Tarapoto and the Huallaga river lodge. Night promenade for frogs and insects watching. Lodge.

HUALLAGA/TARAPOTO Hike to Pucayaquillo Waterfalls. Lunch at the lodge and transfer to Tarapoto. Transfer to the airport.

1 CHICLAYO / TUCUME Arrival in the morning. Transfer to Lodge. Visit to Sipan Museum and Chotuna Temple.

2 CHAPARRI Departure at 05h00 to Chaparri Conservation Area. This dry forest covers a conservation joint venture with the local community sand is a natural refugee of many local species. In the afternoon return to lodge.

3 TUCUME / CHACHAPOYAS Departure at 07h00.  Arrival in the afternoon. Transfer to Lodging.
